We are conveniently located at 147 Church Street, Brighton VIC. There is ample street parking along Church Street as well as public parking lots nearby. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to secure parking during peak shopping hours.
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients on our waiting list. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.
We recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. This allows you to enjoy a welcoming herbal tea, complete our brief consultation form, and begin your treatment in a calm, unhurried state of mind.

Yes! We offer instant on-the-spot HICAPS claiming for Remedial Massage treatments. Please ensure you select a qualified Remedial Massage therapist when booking and bring your physical or digital private health insurance card with you to the studio.
All our therapists undergo rigorous training in traditional and modern therapies. Our Remedial therapists hold accredited Australian Diplomas of Remedial Massage and are registered with all major private health funds (Medibank, Bupa, HCF, NIB, etc.).
Yes! Gift Vouchers can be purchased online through our website or physically in our Brighton studio. They are valid for 36 months (3 years) from the date of purchase and can be redeemed for any treatment or spa package of equivalent value.

For Traditional Thai Massage, we provide loose-fitting cotton pajamas for you to wear. For oil-based massages (Remedial, Deep Tissue, Relaxation), you will be professionally draped with fresh, warm towels at all times, exposing only the specific area being massaged to ensure complete privacy.
We exclusively use high-performance, botanical-based natural skincare products that are gentle on sensitive skin. Our formulations are free from harsh chemicals, parabens, and artificial fragrances to deeply nourish and restore your skin's natural glow.
We warmly welcome walk-in clients whenever therapists are available. However, because our Brighton studio often books out during weekends and evenings, we strongly advise booking online or calling ahead to avoid disappointment.
